Choose the registry that fits you best

All three options below connect to the same worldwide donor search system. Please choose the organization that best fits your location and situation. You only need to register once.

  • Ages 18–55
  • In general good health
  • BMI under 40
  • Permanent U.S. resident
  • Do not register again if you are already listed with another donor center
Register with DKMS
  • Ages 18–35 to newly join
  • Remain on the registry until 61 unless removed earlier
  • Must be able to meet health guidelines
  • If you are already registered, you do not need to register again
Register with NMDP

Best if you live outside the U.S. or need help finding the right registry for your country.

  • In many countries, registration is 18–35
  • Must be healthy
  • Must meet country-specific weight and BMI rules
